For instance, I asked him how fast the casino processes withdrawals (something that I often like to ask agents) and he simply said that they do not give time frames. On the Payments page, however, these time frames were easily found.
The other support agent that I saw was a bit nicer, but based on the unpleasant one, it would seem like BetsEdge does a bad job screening their employees. What is more, both customer support agents seemed to enjoy pasting their answers from somewhere, and sometimes the answers were not even relevant to the topic at hand.
My experience at BetsEdge Casino
To me, good customer support is the basis of any great online casino experience. I like to feel like I am properly taken care of, but at BetsEdge, I hardly felt that. The casino itself seemed nice with enough games and bonuses that could be forfeitable but then again perhaps not. But, being that the level of service was so poor and left such a sour taste in my mouth, I cannot honestly recommend playing at this casino.
